Why Become A Member
Become a Roosevelt Park Zoo member and enjoy year-round access to the zoo! Your membership supports the Greater Minot Zoological Society (GMZS), a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the zoo. All GMZS proceeds are reinvested into the zoo’s programs and habitats, helping to create a better experience for both animals and visitors.
Additional Benefits
As a zoo member, you can use your membership card for admission to zoos and aquariums across the United States. For a full list of participating locations, download the PDF linked on the AZA Reciprocity page.
Additionally, members enjoy a 10% discount at the GMZS/Roosevelt Park Zoo Gift Shop, making your membership even more rewarding!
membership terms
Zoo memberships are valid for the calendar year, running from January 1 through December 31. Sales for the upcoming year begin on November 1.
Memberships can be picked up at the admission counter during your next visit to the zoo. If you prefer, memberships can also be mailed upon request.
Memberships usually require two weeks for processing, but you can still visit Roosevelt Park Zoo while you wait for your cards!
Senior
Free admission for only one adult age 60 or older. Includes two free train tickets.

Single
Free admission for only one adult. Includes two free train tickets.

Zoo for 2
Free admission for two adults – names are printed on the card and nontransferable.
$75 / Year
Family*
Free admission for two adults and their children under 18 living in the same household. Includes five free train tickets.
$100/ Year
Family Plus*
Free admission for two adults and their children under 18 living in the same household. Includes five guest family day passes and five free train tickets.
$150/ Year
GrandParents*
Free admission for grandparents and their grandchildren under 18 (does not include the parents of the children). Includes five free train tickets

Patron
This category offers a $100 family membership or a $100 grandparent membership. The additional $50 will be considered a tax-deductible donation. Includes five free train tickets.

Additional adult is only for RPZoo and may not be honored at other facilities.

Activie duty and retired military may use code MILITARY for 10% off.
You will be asked to provide a military ID during your visit.

Corporate memberships are mailed directly to your business address unless otherwise arranged.
“Transferrable family memberships” allow for organizations to check out their card(s) to employees who may then use it temporarily for admission for: two adults and their children under 18 living in the same household.
